Hot off the press we have now secured our 5th Birthday celebration at Potters 5* Leisure Resort. For those who have previously been away with MJ's you will know what a great weekend this is. For those that haven't, this is your opportunity to come and experience one of our weekenders!

Join Malcolm and the MJ's team for a Ultimate Party Weekend at this 5* holiday village. The cost includes accommodation, food, sports and leisure facilities, first class entertainment and daytime activities.
This break is full board from evening meal on Friday through to lunch on Sunday.
 
This is not just a dance weekend, although we will be doing plenty of dancing, both modern jive and boogie, but as in previous years, it is also a chance to spend time with our members just socialising having fun with some great laughs in this outstanding holiday village. This is a great opportunity to bring along partners or friends who do not dance so that they can mix with your friends, there will be plenty of other activities they can participate in.

DAY OF ARRIVAL: Accommodation keys will be available from 2pm but you may arrive before and use the facilities. On Sunday Potters kindly ask guests to vacate accommodation for 12 midday, but you can stay on the resort and use the facilities until 6pm.

START OF MJS BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS: In usual fashion we start the weekend off on the Friday evening with a private MJ's Buck Fizz welcome reception with a little dancing for those who wish to, followed by a 3 course meal in the Garden Restaurant before the evening entertainment begins in the Atlas theatre.

FRIDAY EVENING MJ's FREESTYLE FROM 11PM: Enjoy the Potters Theatre Company with a variety of shows interspersed throughout the evening with resident Mark Brewer. The Atlas Theatre opens up the dance floor to some great tunes to strut your stuff too. From 11pm after the cabaret entrainment, MJ's have the small sports hall for FREESTYLE for those who wish to dance modern jive. There is also further Potters entertainment if you don't want to join the freestyle.

SATURDAY DAYTIME: we will be holding a workshop followed by a further 1 hour s FREESTLYE.

LEISURE FACILITIES - INSIDE & OUTDOOR FACILITIES: From a full size football pitch, netball, tennis and golf Potters has a wide range of outdoor sporting facilities available across a 65 acre resort, right down to a private beach*. Swimming pool, saunas, steam rooms and fitness suite, through to archery, air riffle shooting and karting. The large sports hall boasts badminton, short tennis, table tennis and an amazing new climbing wall. The small sports area has volleyball and new age kurling. There are also four full size snooker tables and dart boards available around the clock. *Subject to availability.

SATURDAY ENTAINMENT - GUEST APPEARANCE TBC: Potters Theatre Company will again entertain you with more variety show plus Mark Brewer and dancing on the Atlas Theatre dance floor to great music. Plus late night entertainment in the Terrace Bar featuring singers, comics or live bands; the perfect end to a great night.

ACCOMMODATION - BUNGALOW PLUS: Bungalow Plus accommodation offers enhanced comfort with contemporary decor and furnishings. Each bungalow comes equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD player, hairdryer, fridge, iron and ironing board.
We have a small amount of single rooms in the bungalow plus with no supplement (normal single supplement is £20 per night) so we would suggest you book early to avoid extra charges.

POTTERS HOTEL - PREMIER ROOM: Hotel Premier rooms are especially spacious with a contemporary decor. Amenities include an en-suite Bathroom, Exterior Balcony or Patio, Dining Table and Chairs, TV, Trouser Press, Hairdryer, Drinks Cooler, Tea/Coffee making facilities and Guest Toiletries.
